Me Lon Togo translates to “I love Togo” in Ewe (pronounced Evay), the native language of Togo – Chef Jordan Benissan’s home country. The menu offers traditional West African and European cuisine.

Because Togo is a former French colony, locals adapted some French cooking techniques and incorporated them into Togo cuisine.
